- Cancellation Request: Cancellations for scheduled pest control services must be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Fees: A cancellation fee may apply if the request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

- Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
